Proverbs 29:2b (AMP) – But when the wicked man rules, the people groan and sigh.

In my experience, when an ambitious and profitable project/venture winds up being unsuccessful, it usually boils down to an issue with the people, the process, or the product(s). In bad cases, it could a combination of two. In the worst cases, it could be all three. Whatever the situation, the most important thing is figuring out which, and quickly!

Analysing Nigeria as a project:
Nigeria is a country blessed with promising and talented people, and tons of natural resources.
Nigeria is, undoubtedly, a good product.

Nigeria has a great constitution and strong legal precepts, but somehow, almost absolutely lawless. Government and regulatory bodies over step their bounds and impunity is the rule of the day. Process problem.

Elected officials and leaders run amok – looting public funds, acting with impunity, oppressing populates; eventually, certain citizens follow suit – bribery and extortion, reckless driving, no regard for human life and property, littering, and the list goes on. People problem.

Where do we start?
